How will my blind boxes be shipped?
Answer: I ship all packages in appropriately sized shipping boxes ranging from 6x6x4 up to 18x14x12. I ship all of my orders in bubble wrap to ensure a safe journey.
How do I know what I might receive in a blind box?
Answer: Blind boxes add an element of fun and mystery by not always knowing exactly which product you will receive. There are usually available items listed on the sides of the packaging with the odds of pulling each individual item. Special, secrets or Rares do have significantly lower odds of being pulled.
Where do you ship from?
Answer: I ship from South Carolina. East coast orders will typically see the quickest shipping time while west coast orders may take an additional day or two to arrive. I ship all of my orders the same or next business day depending on when the order was placed. If the order is placed by 1pm EST it will ship same day.
What kind of support do you offer customers after they receive their Blind Box (e.g., missing items, damages)?
All of my items are shipped with tracking and insured up to $100. I personally hand package each order with extreme attention to detail.

What should customers know about shipping costs, delivery times, and your return policy for blind boxes?
I always offer the lowest shipping costs possible. I ship same or next business day using USPS ground advantage on most items. The larger more expensive items I use priority mail. I have an everyday pickup at my business so packages always go out quickly. My return policy for blind boxes and confirmed boxes are the same. I will accept returns for damaged and defective items and offer a full refund as long as the item is sent back to me in the exact same condition I shipped it in. If the verification codes are scratched and the box is damaged further I will not accept refunds. Buyer pays return shipping.

I offer confirmed blind boxes to help build your collection. I also offer low, competitve rates on all of my items.
